These are quality wheat bags made by us here at Simply Eco.  They are lined and we only use the best quality clean wheat available. These wheat bags are in sewed in three sections for comfort and are 750 grams.  A large variety of colours available. Heating instructions must be followed and are included with each wheat pack.
Instructions
Hot pack - Heat for up to 2 minutes in microwave with 1/2 c water in microwave cup.  (It may take less time depending on microvave)
Cold pack - Place in a sealed plastic bag for 30 minutes in freezer.
